STICK WITH IT! Lacrosse is thrilled to offer our two developmental programs for players entering 1st-5th grade! Each program is a six week series designed to introduce beginners to the sport as well as those who have some playing experience to improve their basic lacrosse skills during the off season in a fun, positive learning environment.
We are excited to offer girls (with less than two years playing experience) an opportunity to focus on the fundamentals:
• Groundballs
• Catching
• Throwing
• Shooting
• Dodging
• Basic Offense
• Basic Defense
Our program is a great opportunity for players to learn, have fun, and improve their game. We teach lacrosse in a fun and competitive learning environment. Come learn, have fun and compete!
